Jordan founded Shift Copilot around a practical constraint: supervisors often complete handover at the end of a long shift, when another generic form creates more friction. Shift Copilot lets a supervisor speak naturally, then structures that information into the operation's agreed handover format for human review and sign-off.
The system is built around each department's fields, terminology, report outputs and operating conditions. Where required, it can connect the approved result to the systems the operation already uses.
