How is pricing determined for Pro and above?
Pricing is based on your site size, number of supervisors, shift volume, and the tools you need. We quote per site per month. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Pilot is commitment-free. Pro plans are typically monthly or annual — annual comes with a meaningful discount. Enterprise and Group are negotiated per agreement.
How long does setup take?
Under 24 hours for a pilot. We handle all configuration — your supervisors just need a URL on their phone. No IT department involvement required.
Can we add more tools later?
Yes. You can start with just Shift Handover and add Toolbox Talk, Pre-Start, or Crew Briefing tools at any time. Pricing adjusts accordingly.
