You get full platform access for one mine site for 60 days — all four supervisor tools, the admin dashboard, cross-shift insights, equipment intelligence, and audit exports. We quote the rollout after a short discovery conversation, configure the platform for your site, and support supervisors throughout.
How is pricing determined for Pro and above?
Pricing is based on your site size, number of supervisors, shift volume, and the tools you need. We quote per site per month. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Initial site rollouts are scoped before work begins. Pro plans are typically monthly or annual — annual comes with a meaningful discount. Enterprise and Group are negotiated per agreement.
How long does setup take?
Most site rollouts can be configured within 24 hours after approval. We handle the initial configuration — your supervisors just need a URL on their phone.
What's included beyond the supervisor tools?
Every paid plan includes the management layer — a dashboard with cross-shift insights, equipment reliability tracking, one-click audit exports, and a minimum 24-month audit trail to support handover record-keeping obligations. Enterprise and Group add multi-site management and full procurement documentation.
